ROAD TESTAMENT: Canadian F1 Road Trip. (Graphic)

Graphic, controversial and not quite what anyone was expecting, here’s a little video of our road trip to Montreal for F1 last week. Jason Thorgalsen and Josh Vietze join JF and I for this episode of The Road Testament.

VIDEO: The Battle of Rome. Part 2.

The Battle of Rome continues. Last week we released Part 1. Here’s Part 2.
You may read the full story in the most infamous chapter of “The Driver“…
…for neither video tells the full story.

I retired from such events years ago, with good reason.

See you at Lemons. Or Grand Am. Or Targa. Or Dakar.
Or…somewhere up North.
Far up north.
Or east…

VIDEO: The Battle of Rome. Part 1.

(@ Autoblog’s Zach Bowman: Thanks for the link love.)

The Battle of Rome.
Team Polizei’s finest (and most infamous) hour.
The epic 100+ mile race through Italy at 120+ miles per hour, as described in The Driver.
Polizei M5 144A vs. a Porsche 996 Turbo X50.

Only now, five years after the expiration of the last relevant European legal statutes, we can finally make public the video of our heretofore unseen battle against Spencer Bourne, a legend among both UK Porsche Club racers & the Gumball 3000′s inner circle of veterans. And yes – for them – it was a race.

Those days may be over, but the story of what did occur on the Gumball between 2003 and 2007 has yet to be told.

Until now.

Behold…The Battle of Rome.
Part 1.

ROAD TESTAMENT: Team Polizei Enters Lemons!

Team Polizei is going to Lemons. To race.
TWO cars, if they let us, which sources say they will.
Here’s a teaser for what we’re doing.
More to follow.
MUCH more.

VIDEO: Stunning Timelapse of Polizei 144A Doing NYC to Daytona For The Rolex 24 & Back…in 5 minutes – w/Cameos by Amtrak, DJ Koudlam, DJ Vietze & One Kind State Trooper….

Alex Roy & Josh Vietze depart from Mission Control in NYC, piloting the legendary Polizei Interceptor 144A to Daytona Raceway in Florida. After 1 Amtrak Autotrain Suite, 1 Amtrak open bar, 1 Amtrak cheese buffet, 6 hours of Civilization IV: Warlords, 5 hours sleep, 32 coffees, 1 traffic stop, 1 police warning, 25 law enforcement sightings, countless Black & Mild Wood Tips, 24 hours in Daytona, 1 missed Autotrain home, 1 snowstorm and too many photos to count, we bring you this video.

Updates on our race at Homestead this weekend soon to follow… In the meantime, check out our new 144P livery a-la Dietz & Watson, as well as our Polizification of some of the signage around the raceway…

VIDEO: Polizei/TRG 144P Assaults Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in Forza Motorsport 2…

A little test video from Polizei’s labs of Polizei/TRG 144P (997 GT3 Cup Car) as it assaults Laguna Seca in Forza 2…

…as we prepare a secret project to launch RIGHT before the official Forza 3 release…

You’ll never guess.

Polizei Racing Adds Peter Ludwig to Homestead Grand-Am Race Roster!

Polizei 144 Racing is delighted to add a NEW co-driver to our roster…and I’m talking about a character as big as yours truly, yet quite the opposite, for I’m talking about Master Pilot Peter Ludwig (above right).  Other than his huge personality and brobdignian modesty, Herr Ludwig is my opposite in almost every way: winner of numerous races in multiple series (including Koni Challenge), expert at both short distance and endurance racing.

On behalf of Polizei Racing Captain Rene Villeneuve, Master Pilot Henri Richard, El Jefe Liz Moses and everyone at Polizei HQ, it’s truly a delight to have Herr Ludwig join the TRG/Polizei 63 entry in this weekend’s Rolex Grand Am race in Homestead, Florida…

More to follow.

Polizei HQ out

Henri Richard Races From Valenica to Make Homestead Grand Am Race This Weekend!

BREAKING NEWS!  Team Polizei 144 Racing Master Pilot Henri Richard is – literally – racing (by plane) to Homestead, Florida from Valencia, Spain where’s he’s been testing his Ferrari Challenge car for…you guessed it…yet another assault on the Ferrari Challenge series. If he brings his usual intensity (as evidenced in the right picture above) then I’ll bet ten out-of-use marks he makes Homestead right on time.

Fly safe, Richard. The team is counting on you for the final race of the 2009 Rolex Grand-Am season!

Alex Roy vs. Tanner Foust @ Laguna Seca!

I strap into the back of a Porsche Cayenne Turbo to play driving games the proper way…while getting driven around the track by Skip Barber instructor/Polizei Racing Captain/Grand-Am driver Rene Villeneuve.

Tanner, your move.
